TESTIMONIAL

Thank you for being alongside me from the start of this journey and for all you have done to support my recovery.
You are generous, compassionate and gifted at what you do. I would recommend you to anyone.
With love and deep gratitude, Sophie Sabbage

I met Fiona at a networking event about two years ago where she was giving a talk on Colon Hydrotherapy, and was immediately impressed with her knowledge and quiet, calm manner. I have been seeing Fiona for nutritional advice and regular colon hydrotherapy treatments ever since and highly recommend her. (I had been looking for someone to go to for colonics for years, and was very happy to finally find someone I felt comfortable with). Fiona gives regular talks to groups and offers her excellent treatments in Tunbridge Wells, Battle and Hastings.  She works to a very high professional standard and is gentle, caring and sensitive. I recommend her to many of my own clients as I feel that nutrition and colon hydrotherapy is so key to overall health and well being - certainly critical to skin condition!

People visit me for multiple health reasons and each client is treated as an individual case with a view to improving their overall wellbeing. I offer a full 1.5 hour Nutritional Consultation for those who want to address specific health issues and each session will be individually tailored. My aim is always to look at the underlying cause of any condition and give my clients a deeper understanding of how they have reached their present level of health.

A Colon Hydrotherapy Session lasts 1.5 hours and where appropriate, I will offer herbal implants and liver cleansing during the session.

All clients experience the added bonus of some complimentary Professional Nutritional Advice, during their visit!

One of the best things about Colon Hydrotherapy is that the benefits of the treatment are very personal to the client. Many people report improvement in symptoms and choose to have Colon Hydrotherapy on a regular basis. Others wish to experience one treatment.

Finally, I am committed to deepening my knowledge by continually updating my resources through seminars conferences and research in order to heighten my skills and bring you the most up-to-date information.

* In an ARCH survey 96% consulting an ARCH therapist would recommend the treatment which demonstrates an extremely high level of satisfaction.

Is Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO) contributing to your IBS?

Approximately 10 millions people in the UK are affected by Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), a collection of symptoms associated with the digestive system. Considered an unpleasant but not life-threatening condition, IBS can be a trigger for more serious conditions.

Kale - 'King of Superfoods'

This green leafy vegetable is being hailed as the ‘King of Superfoods’ but it’s not a new kid on the block, kale has been around for thousands of years. Historians tell us the Ancient Greeks used it as a cure for drunkenness and references to ‘brassica’ (a term including cabbage and kale like plants) can be found in Roman manuscripts.
