- 4 x Sheets of Nori Seaweed
- 1 portion of Almond Pate
- Alfafa/Broccoli Sprouts
- Half a Red Pepper cut into strips
- 4 Spring Onions cut into oblong slices
Method:
You will need a roll up straw mat 40cm x 30cm.
- Lay a nori sheet on the straw mat.
- Spread a thin layer of almond pate on the sheet, leaving a small margin unspread at the edges.
- Divide the vegetables into four portions. Then place your first portion of the alfalfa/broccoli sprouts, peppers and spring onions at one end of the nori sheet, horizontally.
- Using the straw mat, roll the nori sheet tightly with the filling inside. When the roll is complete, use a pastry brush dipped into water to seal the roll.
- Repeat this process three more times.
